We promote our culture in our very own way.
Aside from the massive coffee culture that has always been the mainstream, tea has been long-appreciated and preserved in the eastern area.
We redesign the eastern tea culture by applying the most modern Korean way, which is clearly different from England or Taiwan.
We’re being original, and we’re trying to share the new aspect of the long-standing tea culture that we have discovered with others.
There are no words like “fast” or “instant” in us. The busy Korean society is never stopping, but at the same time there’s an irony of people taking more care of themselves
and seeking for a healthier life style. We compare this irony to a cup of our milk tea.
We don’t use artificial substances. We extract the freshest tea leaves using an espresso machine. This is something that we only have.
We aspire to create a new culture, established from recognizing and preserving the almost-forgotten old dessert culture of Korea.
One of our main approaches of doing that is balancing the sweetness of milk tea, a rather modern drink, with our old snack “dalgona” instead of sugar.
We bring in a part of our bygone days to our desserts. Instead of any trendy desserts, we serve “sulbbang”, reinterpreting one of the most Korean snacks.
Likewise, we look back into both of our old and new perspectives and present a brand-new culture to our customers.
We create that after all the history, society, culture, modernity and people of Korea, and show it to the world.
We present a new culture through a cup of milk tea.
We are ㅊa.
